The COMPACS®-Agregat system for diagnostics of electric multiple units assemblies
The COMPACS®-Agregat system is designed for efficient health monitoring and quality control of operating repairs TR-2 and TR-3: wheel-reduction gear units, wheelsets, collectors, traction motors, compressors, transducers and insulation.
EMU section assemblies and units, placed on test benches, to be diagnosed by the COMPACS®-Agregat system:
- wheel-reduction gear units;
- wheelsets;
- collectors;
- compressors;
- transducers (voltage dividers);
- traction motors.
The COMPACS®-Agregat system advantages
- efficient diagnostics due to simultaneous measuring from all the sensors;
- high accuracy of the diagnostic results due to continuous automatic health monitoring; self-diagnostics of the sensors, cable network and overall measuring process; automatic diagnostics and generation of test reports;
- archiving of the test results for the overall operation period in a data base;
- low requirements to personnel qualification;
- the equipment high reliability and long service life;
- reduction of power consumption and more than 10 times increase of diagnostic station capacity in comparison with manual instrumentation;
- improved labor discipline through connection of the stationary systems to Compacs-Net® diagnostic network and real-time transmission of accurate information on products quality to all the departments and managers concerned.
The COMPACS®-Agregat system structure
Subsystem for diagnostics of wheelsets
The subsystem carries out control of wheelsets repair quality, lubrication quality and sufficiency, detects hidden bearing defects, as well as balancing, alignment and fastening defects, determines run-to-repair for wheelsets.
Subsystem for diagnostics of wheel-reduction gear units
The subsystem controls wheel-reduction gear units repair, lubrication quality and sufficiency, detects hidden bearing defects, as well as balancing, alignment and fastening defects, determines run-to-repair for wheel-reduction gear units.
Subsystem for diagnostics of collector power and time characteristics
The subsystem controls the collector health by measuring its power and time characteristics within operation altitude range during its moving up and down.
Subsystem for diagnostics of traction motors
The subsystem carries out health monitoring of traction motors, controls lubrication quality and sufficiency, detects hidden bearing defects, as well as balancing and alignment defects.
Subsystem for diagnostics of transducers (voltage dividers)
The subsystem carries out health monitoring of motor and generator transducers (voltage dividers) repair quality, detects hidden bearing defects, controls quality and sufficiency of lubrication.
Subsystem for diagnostics of compressors
The subsystem carries out health monitoring of motors and piston compressors, detects hidden bearing defects, controls quality and sufficiency of lubrication, diagnoses the piston compressor system. |
