In 2001 the quality management system of DYNAMICS SPC was put through facultative certification. In 2018 it was recertified for compliance with standards ISO 9001:2015. Its results confirmed a high level of goods and services quality management.

DYNAMICS SPC rewarding in the field of quality management TQM "Diamond Eye Award"


At the International Business Leaders Summit DYNAMICS SPC received the award in the field of quality management TQM "Diamond Eye Award for Quality Commitment Excellence"

Over 200 business leaders from 50 countries worldwide attended the rewarding ceremony "Diamond Eye Award for Quality Commitment Excellence" in Geneva, Switzerland. Only two Russian companies were put forward for a decoration with such an honorable award in the field of Total Quality Management (TQM): JSC "Salavatneftekhimremstroy" and DYNAMICS SPC.

DYNAMICS SPC not only received the award "Diamond Eye Award", but also joined the international club of companies actively developing and applying approaches of Total Quality Management in daily work.

Total Quality Management is a special approach to the management. Total quality is a set of cultural characteristics, behavior and organization of a company which strives to provide the consumer with products and high quality services fully meeting their needs. The cultural code of the company involves the quality of all activity aspects and at the same time allows the company to avoid significant damages and losses.

The system of Total Quality Management – is primarily the system focused on the consumer. The customer comes first. Meeting the customer’s needs is the most important priority for the company. The expectations of the company will be successful only if the consumer’s needs are met. Companies which use the Total Quality Management system are very sensitive to the customers needs and are able to respond promptly to them, trying to recognize the mistakes and reduce the number of complaints.
