At "RPK-Vysotsk-LUKOIL-II" JSC the Compacs Asset Management™ technology of capital asset management was presented
In April 2011 DYNAMICS Scientific & Production Center (SPC) specialists presented Compacs Asset Management™ (CAM™) software product at oil distributing and transshipment complex in Vysotsk.
CAM™ is the technology of capital asset management based on automatic receipt and practical use of diagnostic information about the equipment condition on a real-time basis.
CAM™ is information basis of integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems COMPACS® in modern management systems of the enterprise in whole and business-process of production management and equipment operation in particular.
On the basis of DYNAMICS Scientific & Production Center (SPC) an enlarged meeting of a conjoint Working Group of Non-profit Organization "Siberian Engineering" was held
Meeting of conjoint Working Group for formulation of priority proposals for design, manufacture and implementation of the equipment, systems, devices and use of innovation engineering of subprogram "Siberian Engineering - Fuel and Energy Complex" in the interests of "Territorial Generation Company №11" JSC ("TGC—11" JSC) was held 13 April 2011.
At the meeting, which was held in the format of open business communication, Omsk powermen talked about problems arising from the operation of equipment. The representatives of Heating Electrical Stations – 2, 3, 4, 5, "Heating Systems" Organization Department were spoken on behalf of "TGC-11" JSC.
The representatives of Omsk enterprises in turn presented the ways of solving the following problems:
DYNAMICS SPC presented the results and potential of vibration monitoring and condition diagnostics of rotating and static equipment of thermal stations and substations of "TGC-11" JSC y the COMPACS® systems;
Research and Development Centre "Computer World" presented the resources of optimization of production purchase for "TGC-11" JSC use by electronic system of a commodity market through Electronic Transactions System web-site;
Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences "Institute of Hydrocarbon Processing Problems" spoke about the technology of efficient refinement and dehydration of oils;
Scientific Production Association Mir - about the resources of modernization of telemechanics system at the facilities of Omsk branch of "TGC-11" JSC;
"Engineering Office of Transport Machinery" JSC - about efficiency of selection and replacement of network and feeding pumps by more efficient ones, and the development of a reliable scheme for warm-up of feeding pumps with face seals, about revamp of the filters of circulation and technical water in order to improve the quality and ease of maintenance;
Production Association Polyot – about the selection and replacement of heat exchangers by more efficient ones;
Production Association Electrotochpribor – about implementation of the system for energy-saving lighting of the perimeter of "TGC-11" JSC organization departments;
Research and Development Centre Electronik offered the devices for "TGC-11" JSC use.
In final speech N.P. Rybko (chief engineer of Omsk branch of JSC "TGC-11") and V.V. Zhilcov (Director General of Non-profit Organization "Siberian Engineering") noted a positive result of the meeting and decided to develop and afterwards implement actions for solving of the problems discussed.
DYNAMICS SPC participate in "COMADEM 2011" held from 30th May to 1st June
"COMADEM 2011" is the 24th International Congress on Condition Monitoring and Diagnostics Engineering Management held in Stavanger, Norway. The congress will cover all aspects of performance monitoring, health management, failure diagnosis, risk, reliability, maintenance, etc. The congress organizers are Det Norske Veritas and Centre for Industrial Asset Management (CIAM), University of Stavanger, Norway.
Evgeny V. Tarasov and Alexander P. Naumenko will represent DYNAMICS SPC at "COMADEM 2011". Both participants have already been included in the List of Presentations. Evgeny V. Tarasov will speak on the theme "Condition monitoring and diagnostics of rolling bearings of high-voltage electric motors during their operation", and Alexander P. Naumenko will make a report on the theme "Choice of reciprocating compressors units for real time health monitoring".
DYNAMICS SPC participate in CM 2011 and MFPT 2011 held 20-22 June
CM 2011 and MFPT 2011 is the Eighth International Conference on Condition Monitoring and Machinery Failure Prevention Technologies held in Cardiff, UK. The Conference is being organized by British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) in close co-operation and partnership with the US Society for Machinery Failure Prevention Technology (MFPT). The BINDT is the internationally-recognized focal point for condition monitoring (CM) and non-destructive testing (NDT). It is the professional institute for all those engaged in CM and NDT. It is concerned with education, training, certification and the advancement of the science and practice of the subjects. The MFPT Society is an interdisciplinary technical organization strongly oriented toward practical applications. It acts as a focal point for technological developments that contribute to mechanical failure reduction or prevention.
Prof Vladimir N. Kostyukov is the organizer of Structured Session under the name "Real time condition monitoring of equipment". The reports of Alexander P. Naumenko, Alexander I. Kumenko and Alexey V. Kostyukov are included in this Structured Session as well.

DYNAMICS SPC participated in V International research and practice conference "Industrial Safety at Fire Explosive and Chemically Hazardous Production Facilities. Technical Supervision, Diagnostics and Expertise"
The conference was held from 16 to 18 March 2011 at Ufa State Oil Technical University under the auspices of "Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat" JSC.
More than 200 representatives of the largest enterprises and institutes of republic, other regions of the country, countries near and far abroad participated in the conference. About 30 reports on the problems in the field of industrial safety, control and monitoring were presented.
The First Deputy Director General A. V. Kostyukov spoke on behalf of DYNAMICS SPC with the report "Modern systems for condition monitoring of process equipment of refineries and petrochemical industries". The conference was held at high scientific and technical level.

The organizer of "Promtechexpo" forum is International Exhibition Centre Intersib. The forum was held in Omsk from 16 to 18 March 2011 with the support of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Omsk Region, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Emergencies Ministry and the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia.

COMPACS®-RPP stand system for vibration analysis of rolling bearings is designed for objective evaluation of rolling bearing technical condition and automatic detection of defects which influence their lifetime.
Vibration calibrator 8001, which calibrates vibration-measuring devices and vibration-measuring transducers in laboratories and on-site.
Calibrator 8003 is designed for inspection and calibration of the systems and devices, which measure the parameters of vibration, voltage, direct and alternating current intensity as well as temperature in laboratories and on-site.

Annual conference and exhibition of refining technologies "World Refinery Association" was held in Barcelona, Spain from 30 November to 2 December 2010.
The managers of refining domains of oil companies, general directors of oil-refining and petrochemical enterprises and the managers of leading companies supplying materials and equipment for refineries and research institutes of the brunch presented their reports in the framework of the forum.
The First Deputy Director General A. V. Kostyukov (Ph.D. in Economics) spoke on behalf of DYNAMICS SPC with the report "The COMPACS® monitoring system – a basic element of reliability and economical efficiency of refineries". The reporter presented up-to-date technology for extension of run-to-failures of refinery process units, which is based on the data of the COMPACS® systems for monitoring and automatic vibration analysis.
In addition, recently published Russian national standards, which are aimed at the application of advanced organizational and technical solutions in the most important economic sectors in order to increase their safety and economic efficiency, have been covered.
The leaders of refineries of Russia and CIS countries are familiar with the systems and technologies developed and promoted by DYNAMICS SPC. More than 20 Russian refineries annually get significant economic effect and ensure high reliability and safety of production owing to the application of SMS™ (Safe-Money-Saving) technology for safe resource-saving equipment operation based on the COMPACS® systems for vibration monitoring.
DYNAMICS Scientific & Production Center (SPC) participated in the meeting of chief mechanics of oil-refining and petrochemical enterprises of Russia and CIS
The meeting was held in Bekasovo (Moscow region) from 29 November to 3 December 2010.
This year the theme of the meeting is "Current development and prospect development of the systems for monitoring of static equipment technical condition...".
The First Deputy Director General of DYNAMICS SPC A. V. Kostyukov (Ph.D. in Economics) has been invited to the meeting as a main speaker on this topic. He delivered the report "COMPACS® ACS SRSM™ (Automated Control Systems of Safe Resource-saving operation and Maintenance of equipment) - the basis of transfer to increased run-to-failure of refinery process units". In the report the COMPACS® complex systems for condition monitoring of equipment of refinery process units have been presented, modern approaches to equipping of the installation in whole have been stated and new Russian state standards in the field of condition monitoring of hazardous production facilities have been expounded.
Particular attention of the speaker has been paid to important milestones in a global history of vibration analysis. In addition, the myth that all groundbreaking technical solutions in the field of vibration acoustic diagnosis of equipment have been first offered by companies of Western Europe and the USA has been destroyed.
Chief mechanics of oil-refining enterprises of Russia and CIS are familiar with the COMPACS® systems of vibration monitoring and their high technical and economic efficiency. Operating of refinery units under control of the systems enabled significant economic effect and high reliability and production safety.
First in the world implemented in many Russian refineries technology of manufacturing process control according to condition of the equipment both connected to a stationary system and diagnosed by portable COMPACS® systems for automatic vibration analysis guarantees significant economic effect, which greatly exceeds the cost of implementation and maintenance of the systems. It should be noted that such economic effect still has not been surpassed by any other company in the world.
