DYNAMICS SPC took part in the III International scientific-and-technical conference "Acoustic emission. Role of the method in the systems for comprehensive monitoring of hazardous production facilities technical state" and the II workshop "Risks assessment and management in industrial safety".
The conference and the workshop were held in Moscow from 13 to 15 of November, 2012 upon the decision of the Expert-Advisory Council on problems of acoustic emission method application for monitoring of objects, subordinated to the Russian Federal Service for Technical Supervision. The events were supported by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, Russian Society for NDT and Technical Diagnostics (RSNTTD), Scientific-and-Industrial Union “Risk Management, Industrial Safety, Control and Monitoring” (RISCOM), with the participation of leading Russian and foreign specialists in the field of acoustic emission and expertise of industrial safety.
The conference was attended by more than 70 representatives of Russian and neighboring countries enterprises. The conference Presidium was headed by a correspondent-member of RAS, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor N.A. Makhutov. The full 1st class counsellor of state, Chairman of the Russian Federation State Committee on standardization, meteorology and certification, Editor-in-chief of "Standards and quality" magazine, doctor of Economics, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor G.P. Voronin took the floor.
Within three days there were presented about 40 reports on application of acoustic emission method for equipment control and monitoring, as well as on development of theory and practice in technogenic environments risks assessment.
The conference and the general meeting of SPU "RISCOM" were attended by DYNAMICS SPC representative - the head of Research and Training Center "Non-destructive Testing, Diagnostics and Monitoring", doctor of technical Sciences, associate Professor A.P. Naumenko, who made reports on:

DYNAMICS SPC has taken part at the First International telethon in support of international ecologists’ initiative
Events devoted to the solemn start of the Environmental Protection Year have taken place in Moscow on November, 29, 2012. The events have been coordinated with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation and have been carried out with a direct assistance of Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Utilization.
The purpose of the events - to talk about changes and innovations in nature protection technologies development in Russia and to define new vectors and perspective directions in 2013 – Environmental Protection Year.
Key representatives of profile Ministries and departments, heads of enterprises in various sectors of Russian economics, experts, analysts, international ecologists, journalists of leading mass media have taken part in the international telethon in support of international ecologists’ initiative "Global Initiative of International ecologists" which has been carried out on Russian leading information platform - RIA News agency.
DYNAMICS SPC have been represented by Director General, Dr. of Sciences (Eng.), professor, winner of the Russian Government Prize - Kostyukov Vladimir Nikolaevich. V.N. Kostyukov has presented his report in "Innovative Technologies" section of the telethon Fourth block.
Moreover, DYNAMICS SPC has received the Main award of the international ecologists - "GLOBAL ECO BRAND" in nomination "GRAND PRIX - 2012".
The Award addressees are enterprises and organizations of various ownership types, which manufacture environmental goods and render eco-friendly services, implement ecologically safe processes and productions; representatives and structures of authorities, research, authors’ and educational teams, public figures who initiate and realize projects, programs and events, directed on rational use of natural resources, development of ecological culture and education.
DYNAMICS SPC took part at the 10th milestone exhibition InnoTrans-2012 and at the international conference "Railway mechanical engineering: partnership of 1520 and 1435 manufacturers"
The world largest railway exhibition took place from 18th to 21st of September, 2012 in Berlin, Germany.
InnoTrans-2012 became the assembly point for railway industry representatives from over the world and united more than 2,500 participants from 49 countries.
This year DYNAMICS SPC took part in the exhibition for the second time. Our booth presented solutions for railway transport. The greatest interest of our visitors (representatives of 50 companies from all over the world) called the technology ACS SRSM™ COMPACS®, which provides a safe resource-saving maintenance and repair of electric multiple units and is based on systems for real-time monitoring and diagnostics of motor driven rolling-stock technical condition.
On September, 19, at the same period of time at the hotel "Concord", the international conference "Railway mechanical engineering: partnership of 1520 and 1435 manufacturers" took place. DYNAMICS SPC Director General V.N. Kostyukov appeared at the section "Information security in the systems of railway automatics" with the report "Automated control system for safe money-saving operation of rolling-stock – the breakthrough Russian technology".

DYNAMICS SPC took part in the 25th International Congress Condition Monitoring and Diagnostic Engineering Management "COMADEM-2012"
The 25th International Congress "Condition Monitoring and Diagnostic Engineering Management" "COMADEM-2012" was held on 18-20 June 2012 at the University of Huddersfield (England).
The congress motto: "Sustained Prosperity through Proactive Monitoring, Diagnosis, Prognosis & Management".
179 people from 23 countries took a direct part in the Congress. Totally during the sessions there were presented 127 papers and 8 plenary reports.
The conference was attended by leading experts from such countries as: Australia, Belgium, Britain, Germany, Greece, Denmark, India, Iran, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, Norway, New Zealand, Russia, USA, Finland, France, Sweden etc.
Russia at the Congress was represented by DYNAMICS SPC and Ph.D., Associate Professor A.P. Naumenko with the report "The Piston Compressor: The Methodology of the Real-Time Condition Monitoring".
DYNAMICS SPC took part in the IX International Conference "Condition Monitoring and Machinery Failure Prevention Technologies - 2012" (CM / MFPT - 2012)
The IX International Conference "Condition Monitoring and Machinery Failure Prevention Technologies – 2012" was held in London on 12-14 June 2012.
During 40 sessions there were submitted 142 reports from more than 30 countries, including 11 from Russia. There was arranged a round table "Comprehensive structural monitoring and condition monitoring as a tool to optimize the maintenance of the refining and chemical industries equipment".
The conference and the roundtable were attended by DYNAMICS SPC representatives: Director General, Prof. V.N. Kostyukov and the head of STC "NeKoDiM" (Scientific and Training Center "Non-destructive testing, diagnostics and monitoring"), Ph.D., Associate Professor A.P. Naumenko.
The session "Real-time condition monitoring of machinery" was led by V.N. Kostyukov, who made a report "Real-time condition monitoring of gear pumps by the recurrent selection of the noise and periodic components of vibration". Moreover, the reports were admitted by:

Russian representatives at the conference «CM/MFPT2012»
The specialists of "Angarsk Petrochemical Company" JSC have been successfully trained and certified on the vibration analysis method of non-destructive testing
From the 16th to the 20th of July 2012 DYNAMICS SPC experts in cooperation with the Intersectorial regional training center of "Angarsk Petrochemical Company" JSC carried out the pre-certification training and certification of "APCC" JSC specialists.
Four specialists of nine have been primarily trained and certified as the 1st qualification level specialists in the vibration analysis method of non-destructive testing;
Five specialists of nine have been re-trained and certified on an extension of the 2nd qualification level specialist’s certificate.
As a result, all the experts have successfully passed the exams and have been certified in accordance with stated levels.
On behalf of "APCC" JSC managers and specialists DYNAMICS SPC received a positive feedback on the training effectiveness.
Computer monitoring system for accidents prevention and equipment control COMPACS® has been certified for seismic stability
DYNAMICS SPC received a certificate of the vibration monitoring system COMPACS® conformance to the regulatory requirements of GOST R 17516.1-90 item 5 to 9 points seismic impact on the MSK-64 scale; GOST R 52319-2005 (IEC 61010-1:2001).
The certificate has been issued on the basis of the test report on the seismic stability № 451-12-090 from 20/04/2012. "Corporation "VNIIEM" JSC.
