DYNAMICS SPC took part in XXI Russian Scientific Conference on Non-destructive testing and Technical diagnostics
28 February – 3rd March, 2017 in Moscow, under the auspices of The Russian Society For Non-Destructive Testing And Technical Diagnostics (RSNTTD), the XXI Russian Scientific Conference on Non-destructive testing and Technical diagnostics was held.
Eight sections included a hundred of scientific reports made by lead scientists and experts in NDT and TD from Russia and abroad. DYNAMICS SPC presented their reports at the "Vibration analysis" section (No.3), guided by Zusman G.V. and Kostyukov V.N., and "Acoustic Emission" section (No.1), guided by Muravev V.V., Elizarov S.V., Ivanov V.I.

Head of monitoring and diagnostic center in power industry, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Alexander Kumenko: “Additional requirements towards condition monitoring and vibration control systems for turbine units of CHP and NPP”, “Reliability criteria and condition monitoring of turbine power units using static and dynamic forces in shafting supports”, “Monitoring of distributed unevenness of an experimental rotor using shaft sensors”.
Cand.Tech.Sci., the deputy head of the department of systems support and promotion Denis Kazarin: “Automatic “health” monitoring systems for production-and-transport industry providing high safety and efficiency rates”.
Research associate, Andrey Zaytsev: “Perfection of methods and means of vibration analysis of wheel-motor units of rolling stock”.
Junior Research Associate, Vasily Basakin: “New diagnostic method for bearing units of rail rolling stock during operation”.
Category 3 engineer, Denis Bogomolov: “Detection of hazardous developing defects and their prognosis during continuous AE-based monitoring”.
All reports aroused great interest among the audience.
The Council of RAE awarded the Chairman of the Board of Directors of DYNAMICS SPC Vladimir Kostyukov with Russia’s Honoured Engineer Medal
As a conclusion for DYNAMICS SPC’s Anniversary Year, by the Council of Chief Designers of RAE an honorary title “Russia’s Honoured Engineer” with handing over an award pin was presented to Chairman of the Board of Directors of DYNAMICS SPC - Vladimir Kostyukov for his high professional level in the field of creating intellectual monitoring and diagnostic systems COMPACS® and great contribution to reduction of operational risks of complex production facilities in power and transport industry, as well as success in commercialization of the brand-new scientific methods and pioneer technological solutions, along with successful production and educational activities.
The Council of RAE made a pointed reference to the unique Russian phenomenon – dynastic nature of the family engineering business comprising three generations of engineers in the Kostyukovs family. 2016 Scientific conference and VI workshop "Risk evaluation and management in industrial safety” and an act of publishing an anniversary digest of SIU RISKOM devoted to 25th Anniversary of DYNAMICS SPC were given a high appreciation.
A decision of The Council of RAE is considered to be an act of public recognition of services and success in patriotic engineering and education activities of RAE member, doctor of technical sciences, professor, Russian Federation Government Award-winner, Scientific Adviser and Chief Designer of Siberian Scientific Monitoring Centre - Vladimir Kostyukov.
DYNAMICS SPC took part in Meeting of Chief Mechanics of refinery and petrochemical companies of Russia and CIS
The meeting of Chief Mechanics of refinery and petrochemical companies of Russia and CIS, featuring Association of oil-refiners and petrochemists was devoted to "Increasing reliability and operational safety of refinery facilities and their run-to-failure. Application of new methods of machinery condition control" and took place on 5-9 December, 2016 in Klyazma Resorts, Moscow Oblast.
More than 90 papers and reports by Russian and foreign companies were presented. The DYNAMICS SPC’ report followed the Chief mechanics’ reports. The chief mechanics gave positive feedback on DYNAMICS SPC in their reports.
Marketing specialist Darya Zarubina attended the seminar on behalf of DYNAMICS SPC and delivered the report entitled "Providing safe resource-saving operation of machinery". The report aroused a great interest both among the representatives of enterprises, using the system for automatic diagnostics and vibration analysis, and comprehensive condition monitoring of machinery COMPACS®, and among the representatives of other plants and commercial companies.

The awarding ceremony for the best members of russian and foreign business community took place on the 8th of December, 2016 in the State Kremlin Palace. The ceremony was a part of National Unity program.

The “Import Substitution - 2016” awarding ceremony took place on 4th of August, 2016 at Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow 5*. The event was carried out within 44th Public Recognition Ceremony “National Economic Elite”.
An Import Substitution in terms of replacement of imported goods with Russian ones at the Russian market is not a new task, but, recently, it became urgent for our country. Today, an import substitution is, to begin with, a solution for one of the main problems of Russian economy – its diversification. Russia is currently starting a global campaign on satisfying an inner demand with Russian production, and the priority target of the award is to reveal and recognize the services of companies and enterprises acting in import-substituting branches of Russia’s national economy.

Series of events devoted to the DYNAMICS SPC 25th Anniversary were held on 24-25 of August, 2016.
On the first day the VI Russian Workshop “Industrial Safety Risks: Assessment and control” “Risk Monitoring of Complex and Unique Facilities” took place.
The Minister of Industry, Transportation and Innovative Technologies of Omsk Region V.I. Belov opened the Conference. The Conference covered 14 presentations.
On the second day of the DYNAMICS SPC 25th Anniversary the Scientific and practical Conference “Technology of the Safe and Resource-Saving Operation and Maintenance by means of the COMPACS® ACS™” took place.
Vladimir N. Kostyukov – Chairman of the Board of directors of DYNAMICS SPC, Chief designer of monitroing systems of RAE, Chairman of Siberian Scientific Monitroing Centre of production and transportation facilities of RAE, Doctor of Technical Science, Professor, Russian Federation Government Award-winner, full member of the Russian Engineering Academy, member of the International Academy of Social Sciences opened the Conference.
There Conference covered 8 presentations.
After the presentations were made, the participants and guests of the Conference representing scientific organizations, petrochemical companies of different cities and CIS countries congratulated the DYNAMICS SPC with its 25th Anniversary and presented its Chairman with a ceremonial certificates and gifts.
The event was closed with a conducted tour of the Company.

DYNAMICS Scientific & Production Centre took part in the conference organized by Gazprom Neft on long-term developments in oil refining technology
The On the Horizon: Oil Refining 2030 — the Digital Refinery conference organized by Gazprom Neft took place in St. Petersburg on April 16, 2016. The conference was also attended by representatives of other oil companies, as well as other Russian and international companies that develop high-technology products and IT solutions for the oil-gas and other industries, including DYNAMICS SPC.
DYNAMICS SPC was represented by its Director General Andrey V. Kostyukov, who made a report called Oil Refining 2030: Real-Time Monitoring of Technology-Related Risk and Operating Capabilities. The report aroused a great interest of the audience.
The representatives of Gazprom Neft and the conference experts noted the commitment of the company to improving efficiency in operating processes, improving refineries’ operational availability, reducing operating costs, and moving towards greater automation in production.
At the exhibition the booth of DYNAMICS SPC was attended by a large number of representatives of the refinery industry. It was particularly pleasant that the leaders of the largest refineries showed interest to our systems and technologies, namely Gazprom Neft Omsk Refinery General Director Oleg Belyavsky, Gazprom Neft Moscow Refinery General Director Arkady Egizarian and Chief of Engineering and Technological Directorate of Gazprom Neft Operational Excellence & Performance Department Igor Vostrikov.

Dynamics SPC presented Siberian scientific monitoring center of Russian Academy of Engineering at the “Promtechexpo” forum and “Safety and connection industry” exhibition
Siberian scientific monitoring center of Russian Academy of Engineering (RAE) for production and transport complex based on DYNAMICS SPC and established by the decision of RAE general committee on 15 Oct. 2015, was presented during the round table “The ways of providing resource-saving technology safety of machines and facilities of hazardous industry branches of Siberia”.
The round table was opened by Igor V. Lukyanov the Deputy Minister of Omsk region. In his introductory statement he wished breakthrough, high technology, innovative and significant for Russia scientific discoveries and achievements on Siberian scientific monitoring center of RAE and its specialists.
Later Sergei Pechenev the Deputy Director of Siberian management of Rostekhnadzor presented his report “About conditions and goals for development of technology and industrial safety in Siberian Federal District”. He noted the major problems in providing safety operation of hazardous facilities and role of Rostekhnadzor in providing such safety.
Vladimir Nikolaevich Kostyukov - Doctor of Technical Science, professor, member of RAE and IASS, president and scientific adviser of Siberian scientific monitoring center of RAE presented his report “About creation and activity area of Siberian scientific monitoring center of Russian Academy of Engineering (RAE) for production and transport complex”. In this report he introduced the members and determined purposes, goals and directions of the Siberian scientific monitoring center. Afterwards, the members of the Siberian scientific monitoring center provided information about the activity courses of the center in different industry branches.
Besides, S.F. Samkov Deputy Director General of Omsk Refinery and V.I. Makarov Chief Engineer of Omsk Refinery's Machinery and Repair Plant reported on the results of DYNAMICS SPC and Siberian monitoring center RAE. The report was dedicated to increase of safety, reliability and resource-saving of production facilities at the Omsk-refinery.
More than 30 representatives of refineries from Omsk and other cities have participated in the Round table. About 10 reports and offers concerning problem of safe operation of machinery and facilities of hazardous industry branches were presented.
Siberian industrial and innovative forum “Promtehexpo” was held from 23 to 25 of March, 2016 in regional congress hall of expocenter in Omsk.
Within the forum frameworks the “Safety and connection industry” exhibition, as well as round tables and meetings were held. This exhibition was arranged as a part of the network project “Safety exhibition net” featuring Exposition Companies Association “Bizon” (Moscow). DYNAMICS SPC has participated in the exhibition and the round table.
