DYNAMICS SPC took part in the XVII annual round table "The refining and petrochemicals in Russia and CIS countries" and in the III school-seminar "The industrial risks assessment and management in the field of manufacturing safety"
XVII annual roundtable "The refining and petrochemicals in Russia and CIS" took place in Pullman Royal Casino hotel, Cannes, France within the framework of refining and petrochemicals week in CIS 3-5 of December, 2013.
First Deputy of the Director General of DYNAMICS SPC Kostyukov Andrey Vladimirovich took part in the roundtable. He made a presentation entitled "The manufacturing safety risk monitoring in real time", in which he touched upon the issues of using the latest software for maximum efficiency repairs.
Also A.V. Kostyukov participated in the III school-seminar "The assessment and management of industrial risks in manufacturing safety. "The risks monitoring of complex and unique units", held on 10-13 of December, 2013 in Moscow Park-hotel "Solnechny". This school-seminar concentrates on the issues of analysis, assessment and monitoring of hazardous production facilities and complex technical systems. Andrey Vladimirovich delivered two presentations: "The assessment of safe petrochemical complex units operation reliability" and "The manufacturing safety risk monitoring in real time", which aroused a great interest of the participants.
The articles by V.N. Kostyukov and A.P. Naumenko have been published in the "Mashinostroyenie" ("Engineering") encyclopedia v.IV-14
The articles of DYNAMICS SPC Director General, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, Russian Federation Government prize-winner Vladimir Nikolaevich Kostyukov and also the Head of system support and promotion department, Doctor of Technical Sciences Alexander Petrovich Naumenko were placed in the "Mashinostroyenie" v.IV-14:

Application. The engines quality as a basis for their competitiveness ensuring. "Improving the reliability of the piston machines, equipped with diagnostic and monitoring system (SDM)”. (Kostyukov V.N.).
The theory issues of workflows and internal-combustion engine modeling and also the design principles and basic assemblies and components calculations for the strength, rigidity and reliability were expounded in the Mashinostroyenie v.IV-14. Basic systems (power, control, boosting, cooling, lubricating, cleaning, start-up and reversing), methods, reducing the engines negative impact on the environment, were considered. There were indicated the characteristics of fuels (including the alternative ones), lubricants and coolants, testing and engines technical diagnostics methods. The encyclopedia reviewed cycles, design features and basic technical and economic indicators of modern engines, including non-traditional ones, and units. The principles of engines quality and competitiveness assurance were formulated.
COMPACS® systems became a winner of "Top 100 of Russian Goods - 2013" All-Russian Contest award!
A regional conference devoted to the World Quality Week was held in the building of the Government of Omsk region, on 27th of November, 2013. Within the framework of conference a solemn award of the winners of the federal stage of All-Russian Contest "Top 100 of Russian Goods - 2013" was held.
For the contest in the "Industrial and Technology Products" nomination were presented six commercially available products of DYNAMICS SPC, each of them passed all the qualifying stages of the contest:
System for automatic vibration analysis and monitoring of equipment COMPACS®, which provides safe, ecologically friendly and resource-saving operation of the equipment of explosive production, prevents accidents, operating faults and manages the condition of equipment by force of its continuous computer monitoring.
Comprehensive system for diagnostics of EMU-trains sections COMPACS®-EXPRESS-TR3, aims at comprehensive automatic assessment of condition of the most difficult and most subject to operational wear and failures equipment of EMU-trains sections (wheel-motor units, pantographs, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic equipment of brake system, electric control circuit, high-voltage power circuits, heating circuits and auxiliary machinery circuits), when carrying out the repairs of large volumes.
Stationary system for vibration analysis of wheel-motor units COMPACS®-EXPRESS, meant for the express health diagnostics of wheel-motor units (WMU) in a rolling stock.
On-board system for electric multiple-unit trains equipment health monitoring COMPACS®-EXPRESS-3, aims at electric multiple-unit train equipment real-time health monitoring. System allows to timely detect the occurrence and development of malfunctions with the data issuing on the display located in the driver's cabin.
Acoustic signal controller 2041 for acoustic emission monitoring of the COMPACS®-AE system, designed for the continuous monitoring and health evaluation of hazardous production facilities, such as coke drums, reactors, pipelines and other static equipment without decommissioning.
Diagnostic controller 2047 aims at operating as a part of computer monitoring automatic diagnostics COMPACS®.
