Total Quality Management is a special approach to the management. Total quality is a set of cultural characteristics, behavior and organization of a company which strives to provide the consumer with products and high quality services fully meeting their needs. The cultural code of the company involves the quality of all activity aspects and at the same time allows the company to avoid significant damages and losses.
The system of Total Quality Management – is primarily the system focused on the consumer. The customer comes first. Meeting the customer’s needs is the most important priority for the company. The expectations of the company will be successful only if the consumer’s needs are met. Companies which use the Total Quality Management system are very sensitive to the customers needs and are able to respond promptly to them, trying to recognize the mistakes and reduce the number of complaints.

The system COMPACS®". In his speech he told the story of vibration monitoring systems development and related about the features of the automatic condition monitoring and vibration diagnostics system COMPACS®, which automatically allows to:
diagnose and forecast the main malfunctions (> 95-98%) of refineries and petrochemical plants equipment with early detection, full use of resource and reparability guaranteeing;
warn the personnel about the nearest urgent actions to control the equipment condition;
monitor the performance of the systems diagnostic requirements and the staff actions;
create plans for real-time targeted repairs, based on awareness of the equipment actual technical condition;
eliminate design and installation errors;
optimize the flowcharts and the equipment structure;
maintain the database of diagnoses, operations, the equipment replacements and resources, to report on the equipment operation at all management levels.
DYNAMICS SPC took part in the Chief mechanics of Russian and the CIS refineries and petrochemical plants regular meeting
The meeting on "Organization and planning of equipment repairs, reconstruction and replacement at oil and petrochemical enterprises existing production. Particular attention was paid to our company program product Compacs Asset Management™ (SAM™). This product replaces the management functionality of standard ERP systems PM modules due to automatic creation of the report on maintenance reliability, safety, PM cost-effectiveness based on vibration monitoring systems COMPACS®, shows completely objective characteristics of staff activities CAM™ Index, as well as automatically generates orders for repair of equipment supplied with COMPACS® systems.
First implemented in the world in many Russian refineries, process control technology on a technical condition of equipment, both connected to a stationary system and diagnosed by portable vibration monitoring systems COMPACS®, ensures a significant economic effect, which is much higher than the cost of the systems implementation and maintenance, and has not still been surpassed by any other company in the world.
