DYNAMICS SPC participated in the seminar on "Improving the reliability of pump equipment. Analysis of existing pump systems. Basic conceptions of design and choice of pump equipment for oil-refining and petrochemical plants"
Seminar was held on 18-21 of February, 2014, in Bekasovo village, Moscow Region. The event was carried out by the decision of the Council of Chief Mechanics of Russia and CIS countries refineries and petrochemical plants, "STC of the Council of Chief Mechanics", LLC with the participation of the Association of oil-refiners and petrochemists.
More than 30 papers and reports by Russian and foreign companies concerning pump equipment reliability, the new achievements in the field of design and manufacture of pump equipment, operation and maintenance of pump equipment for oil-refining and petrochemical plants were presented to the chief mechanical specialists.
The report of "Volgogradneftemash", JSC representative Shelestov D.S. "The construction modernization of pump units taking into account the requirements of ISO 13709/API 610, TC of major oil companies" gives positive characteristic of the system COMPACS®-RPG, which is used in the enterprises for the examination carrying out during the development and testing of new pump units and their assemblage final check.
Sales manager Tkachenko A.A. attended the seminar on behalf of DYNAMICS SPC and delivered the report entitled "The concept of choice and justification of the characteristics of the pump equipment monitoring system". The report aroused a great interest as among the representatives of enterprises, using the system for automatic diagnostics and vibration analysis, and comprehensive condition monitoring of equipment COMPACS®, so among the representatives of other plants and commercial companies.
DYNAMICS SPC took part in the XVII annual round table "The refining and petrochemicals in Russia and CIS countries" and in the III school-seminar "The industrial risks assessment and management in the field of manufacturing safety"
XVII annual roundtable "The refining and petrochemicals in Russia and CIS" took place in Pullman Royal Casino hotel, Cannes, France within the framework of refining and petrochemicals week in CIS 3-5 of December, 2013.
First Deputy of the Director General of DYNAMICS SPC Kostyukov Andrey Vladimirovich took part in the roundtable. He made a presentation entitled "The manufacturing safety risk monitoring in real time", in which he touched upon the issues of using the latest software for maximum efficiency repairs.
Also A.V. Kostyukov participated in the III school-seminar "The assessment and management of industrial risks in manufacturing safety. "The risks monitoring of complex and unique units", held on 10-13 of December, 2013 in Moscow Park-hotel "Solnechny". This school-seminar concentrates on the issues of analysis, assessment and monitoring of hazardous production facilities and complex technical systems. Andrey Vladimirovich delivered two presentations: "The assessment of safe petrochemical complex units operation reliability" and "The manufacturing safety risk monitoring in real time", which aroused a great interest of the participants.

Application. The engines quality as a basis for their competitiveness ensuring. "Improving the reliability of the piston machines, equipped with diagnostic and monitoring system (SDM)”. (Kostyukov V.N.).
The theory issues of workflows and internal-combustion engine modeling and also the design principles and basic assemblies and components calculations for the strength, rigidity and reliability were expounded in the Mashinostroyenie v.IV-14. Basic systems (power, control, boosting, cooling, lubricating, cleaning, start-up and reversing), methods, reducing the engines negative impact on the environment, were considered. There were indicated the characteristics of fuels (including the alternative ones), lubricants and coolants, testing and engines technical diagnostics methods. The encyclopedia reviewed cycles, design features and basic technical and economic indicators of modern engines, including non-traditional ones, and units. The principles of engines quality and competitiveness assurance were formulated.
