DYNAMICS SPC participation in TC 183 committee meeting "Vibration, shock and condition control"

DYNAMICS SPC took part in the Technical Committee 183 meeting "Vibration, shock and condition control" in St. Petersburg

The meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology TC 183 "Vibration, shock, and technical condition control" held on October 30, 2015 in the conference hall of the International Department of the FBU "Test - St. Petersburg". The meeting was attended by representatives of JSC "Research-and-development center of engineering systems" (JSC "RDC CD") (Nizhny Novgorod), FBU "State Regional Center of Standardization, Metrology and Testing in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region" (FBU "Test-St.-Petersburg"), JSC "Scientific-Research Institute of electronic devices" (JSC "NIIEP") (Novosibirsk), and others.

The meeting discussed the draft standards, the development of which ends in 2015:

  1. 2.0.183-1.001.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Requirements for qualification and assessment of personnel -- Part 1: Requirements for assessment bodies and the assessment process (introduction of ISO 18436-1:2012; instead of GOST R ISO 18436-1–2005);

  2. 2.0.183-1.002.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Requirements for qualification and assessment of personnel -- Part 2: Vibration condition monitoring and diagnostics (introduction of ISO 18436-2:2014; instead of GOST R ISO 18436-2–2005);

  3. 2.0.183-1.003.14 3. 2.0.183-1.003.14 Mechanical vibration and shock -- Mechanical impedance of the human hand-arm system at the driving point (introduction of ISO 10068:2012);

  5. 2.0.183-1.005.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Requirements for qualification and assessment of personnel -- Part 3: Requirements for training bodies and the training process (introduction of ISO 18436-3:2012; instead of GOST R ISO 18436-3–2011);

  6. 2.0.183-1.006.14 Mechanical vibration -- Methodology for selecting appropriate machinery vibration standards (introduction of ISO/TR 19201:2013);

  7. 2.0.183-1.007.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Acoustic emission (introduction of ISO 22096:2007);

  8. 2.0.183-1.008.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Data interpretation and diagnostics techniques -- Part 1: General guidelines (introduction of ISO 13379-1:2012, instead of GOST R ISO 13379-2009);

  9. 2.0.183-1.010.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Data processing, communication and presentation -- Part 3: Communication (introduction of ISO 13374-3:2012);

  10. 2.0.183-1.011.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- General guidelines (introduction of ISO 17359:2011, instead of GOST R ISO 17359-2009);

  11. 2.0.183-1.014.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines -- Ultrasound -- Part 1: General guidelines (introduction of ISO 29821-1:2011);

  12. 2.0.183-1.015.14 Environmental testing - Part 3-8: Supporting documentation and guidance - Selecting amongst vibration tests (introduction of IEC 60068-3-8:2003);

  13. 2.0.183-2.009.14 Mechanical vibration and shock -- Measurement and evaluation of single shocks transmitted from hand-held and hand-guided machines to the hand-arm system (introduction of ISO/TS 15694:2004);

  14. 2.0.183-2.012.14 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machine systems -- Electrical signature analysis of three-phase induction motors (introduction of ISO 20958:2013);

  15. 2.0.183-2.013.14 Mechanical vibration. Guideline for the assessment of exposure to hand-transmitted vibration using available information including that provided by manufacturers of machinery (introduction of CEN/TR 15350:2013; instead of GOST R ISO 31417-2010).

After being discussed, the standards were advised for adoption.

DYNAMICS SPC participation in VTTA-Omsk-2015 International Exhibition

DYNAMICS SPC took part in the International Exhibition of High Technologies and Equipment for the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East (VTTA-Omsk-2015)

The exhibition took place on 7-8 October, 2015 in Omsk Regional Exhibition Center.

The following products were presented at the exhibition booth of DYNAMICS SPC:

  • The Compacs®-micro personal system for automatic vibration analysis is designed for prompt diagnostics of machinery and dynamic balancing of units on site.

  • Calibrator 8003 designed for testing and calibration of systems and tools for vibration, voltage, and AC/DC measurement, as well as temperature measurement with a THK-L termocouple.

  • Vibration calibrator 8001 designed for calibration of vibration-measuring devices both in laboratory and production conditions.

DYNAMICS SPC exhibition booth was visited by a large number of specialists and company heads from Omsk and other cities and countries. The booth decorations and exhibits were rated highly by the authorized representative of Russia President in Siberian Federal District N.E. Rogozhkin, Omskaya oblast governor V.I. Nazarov and other honorable guests of VTTA-Omsk-2015.
