Scientific and production center «Diagnostics, reliability of machinery and complex automation» - SPC «Dynamics» is developer, producer and supplier of stationary, portable and stand devices and systems for vibrodiagnostics, computer monitoring and automatic diagnostics of equipment state COMPACS® unified in one diagnostic network of enterprise Compacs-Net®, which together build ACS SRSM™ COMPACS® – the automated control system for safe resource-saving maintenance of equipment. Systems comprise different types of non-destructive testing (NDT), such as vibrodiagnostics, acoustic emission, optical, vortex-current, acoustic and other NDT methods. It allows to realize automatic diagnostics and monitoring of technical state of different equipment types, such as dynamic equipment (machine, rotor) – pumps, centrifugal and piston compressors, electric motors, reducers, fans, centrifugal machines, gears, and also more than 700 types of other rotating mechanisms; static equipment (column-vessel) – columns, reservoirs, reactors, pipelines, receivers, heat exchanges, furnaces, etc. Besides, balancing of pumps’ rotors in own bearings and rotors’ electric motors weighing up to 3 tones, acceptance test and automatic vibrodiagnostics of bearings, control of whitemetal layer and plain bearing liners, production and repair of cradle-mounted pumps, high-voltage and low-voltage electric motors, hydro-testing, parametric and vibration diagnostics of ready-assembled machine units are possible by means of systems. SPC «Dynamics» carries out all implementation works «on a turnkey basis», namely design and survey works, development of design, examination of industrial safety of design documentation and equipment. Specialists of the Center execute construction and assembly, electrical installation and commissioning works, training and certification of Customers in the sphere of systems COMPACS® operation, provide warranty and post-warranty service. There are Doctors of Science in the Center. Many specialists are certified on the 2 and 3 level of nondestructive testing methods, that allows to expertise industrial safety of hazardous production objects, training and certification of Customers’ specialists by such methods of non-destructive testing as vibration, acoustic-emissive and other NDT methods in own Training Center accredited and certified according to existing government standards. SPC «Dynamics» inspects enterprises, develops technical and economic assessment and program of equipment operation based on actual technical state in real time for the purpose of technogenic safety, economic efficiency and productivity of enterprises increase. According to the developed program a system of preventive maintenance is optimized, period between failures and repairs of equipment and the whole enterprise is increased. |
